Ofoegbu Emmanuel is a trustee and the Director of Programmes and Administration at the Ofoegbu Justus Foundation, where he plays a central role in shaping and executing the organization’s initiatives. With over 35 years of distinguished service in the Nigeria Customs Service, Mr. Ofoegbu brings deep expertise in leadership, logistics, and public sector operations. His extensive experience in regulatory oversight and institutional governance has been instrumental in strengthening the Foundation’s operational framework and ensuring that its activities are both impactful and sustainable.

Academically accomplished, Mr. Ofoegbu holds an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the same institution. He also earned Advanced Diplomas in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri and in Transport and Shipping Management from Westford University, along with a professional certificate from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). These diverse qualifications support his strategic leadership in program development, capacity building, and administrative excellence.
